Attention Club Presidents: Don’t miss out on your club’s opportunity to earn valuable funds through the 3rd Quarter Membership Rebate Incentive!
To qualify, Club Presidents must complete the Membership Rebate Incentive Tracking Form for each new member who joined between April 1 and June 30, 2025. This important form helps us verify eligibility for the rebate program and ensure every club is recognized and rewarded for its recruitment efforts.
💵 What’s the Reward?
For every new member your club successfully adds during the 3rd Quarter who attended at least three (3) club gatherings or events within that same period, your club will receive a $70 check.
Funds will be mailed directly to your club by Treasurer Don Brose after the form has been received and approved by Governor Sean Mueller.
📅 Important Deadline
All submissions are due by Monday, June 30 at 11:59 PM.
Late forms will not be eligible for the rebate—no exceptions!
✅ What You Need to Do:
- Complete a separate tracking form for each new member added during the quarter.
- Ensure each member has attended at least 3 events or gatherings.
- Submit the form by the June 30 deadline.
