The Hotel will accept reservations directly from the Group’s guests. In order to receive the Group Rate, the individual must identify themselves as a member of your Group. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel by calling (877) 322-5544. Reservations may also be made online with a group access code (Group Code). The Group’s Group Code is MDP. Please have the Group’s guests visit www.crowneplaza.com/lansingwest and fill in the check-in/check-out dates and the Group’s Group Code. Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 4:00 p.m. EST the day before arrival. If the reservation is not cancelled, the guest will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.
