Michigan District Optimists invites proposals from qualified vendors for the development and implementation of website enhancements.
The Michigan District Optimists organization is excited to announce the opening of bids for the “Michigan District Optimists Website Enhancements” project. We are seeking proposals from qualified vendors who can help us enhance our website, michiganoptimists.org, to provide an exceptional user experience for our members and visitors.
The project aims to improve the functionality and overall design of the website by introducing new features and optimizing existing ones. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and implementing enhancements that align with our vision. The enhancements to be developed include:
- An intuitive Article Posting Form that allows authorized individuals to easily contribute articles to the Michigan District website. The form will incorporate features such as file upload capability and content formatting options, seamlessly integrating with our content management system, WordPress.
- A Directory Submission Form for Michigan District Officers, Board, and Committee Members, which will collect relevant information such as name, title, contact details, and a photo. The form will include a photo resizing and cropping tool to ensure a uniform look for the directory.
- Stylish and organized Directories that display information collected from the Directory Form, showcasing properly cropped photos, names, titles, and additional relevant content. The Directories will be designed to match the website’s overall aesthetic and provide a user-friendly experience. A secure contact form will be integrated into the directories, allowing visitors to send messages to listed individuals while keeping their contact information confidential.
The selected vendor will have the opportunity to showcase their experience and expertise in website development and form creation. Proposals will be evaluated based on their understanding of the project requirements, proposed timeline, deliverables, and cost-effectiveness.
