The CHW grant applications for the Michigan District as well as the Optimist International Foundation (OIF) must be received via email no later than August 22, 2025.
Grand guidelines and application for the OIF grant are available using the links below. The application is fillable after you download it to your computer, making it easy to submit online when completed.
OIF Grant Application Directions
The MI District grant application will be posted on the District website to also download and complete, on or before July 1, 2025.
The matching portion of the OIF grant requirements may be fulfilled in part by stating the amount you are requesting from the Michigan District’s CHW grant opportunity. You may apply for any amount within the range below, but you are not guaranteed to receive the full amount. MI District grant awards will range from $100-$500 per club depending upon funds available and number of grant applications received.
Both grants must be used and documentation returned to the granting source(s) within one-year from the award date as stated in the OIF Grant guidelines.
