Empower Your Community with a Grant

Clubs are encouraged to develop programs to promote the mission of Childhood Health and Wellness. The form will collect your club information, program details, and funding details.

If you are not a club, here is a link to find a club in your area to discuss program opportunities.

All questions should be directed to the Committee Chair at chw@michiganoptimists.org.

  • Grants will be awarded in $250 to $500 increments
  • Grant winners will be called within 2 weeks after the end of program.
  • Checks will be mailed to the club.
