Pilot Program – 3rd Quarter ONLY (April 1 – June 30, 2025)
The Michigan District is thrilled to introduce an exclusive Membership Rebate Incentive Program designed to help clubs grow and thrive! This limited-time pilot program provides a unique opportunity for clubs to expand their membership while receiving financial support for their efforts.
How It Works
For every new member added during the 3rd Quarter (April 1 – June 30, 2025), the club will receive a $70 rebate from the Michigan District! This incentive is designed to encourage recruitment and strengthen the Optimist movement across the state.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the rebate, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The new member must remain active for the rest of the Optimist year (through September 30, 2025).
✅ The new member must attend at least three (3) club gatherings or events during the 3rd quarter.

Want to maximize the benefits? There’s an additional reward available!
If the new member attends the Spring District Gathering on May 17, 2025, and completes the event survey, the District will reimburse the club for their registration fee!
That could be a total of $100 for that one member going towards helping your community.

How to Claim the Rebate
At the end of the 3rd Quarter, Club Presidents must complete the tracking form for every new member added. The form will be available on the Michigan District website from June 23-30, 2025.
