teen mental health

This will be virtual, where you choose your event:

  • 1 mile Walk
  • Run, 5k Walk
  • Run or a 10 mile Bike ride

You choose the route and if Covid restrictions permit, you can gather with your Optimist club, friends, co-workers, teammates and family members to hit the sidewalks and roads with you.

Advertise in your community and get everyone out for the cause on May 1st at 2:00 PM. If they can not join you in person, invite them to join you virtually. Either way the sign up is easy via the link below.

On May 1st, we will all be walking at the same time for a great cause!

This will not be a timed event, but we are asking you to record your distance in miles on the website after you complete your event. We want to celebrate the ground covered towards stopping the stigma by talking about mental health and helping youth, teens and their families towards healthy minds for all.

The cost is only $10 per adult and children from age 15 and under are FREE! Get the neighborhood in gear and walk, run or ride together!
